“Exceptional, independent Optician. Very highly recommend. Absolutely spec-tacular service. Paul is exceptionally warm, accommodating and thorough. I went here to be assessed for new colorimetry/cerium lenses due to having Meares-Irlen Syndrome. Paul was very thorough in checking my prescription as well as talking me through the process then of the colorimetry assessment and made sure that everything was spot on for me. Margaret the manager, was so helpful when I booked my initial appointment, both by phone and email. One of the most friendly and approachable people I have known. Margaret has been incredibly patient with me and my thousands of questions. I travel all the way from Pontypridd to Carmarthen to get my eyes and tints tested which is about an hour drive. It is worth every minute of travel when you are greeted and treated with this superb level of customer service. They also have a great range of fabulous frames, which suit me down to the ground, as well as the more conventional frames. I have recently picked up Betsey Johnson glasses, which I am over the moon about.
